Father Vollor, pastor of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, died at St. Dominic’s Hospital in Jackson.He was born Feb. 24, 1942 at Vicksburg. He was educated in Catholic schools at Vicksburg. He enlisted in the Marines serving three combat tours in Vietnam and was discharged as a corporal.He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mississippi College and taught at St. Aloysius High School at Vicksburg before entering the seminary. He received a Master of Divinity degree from Saint Meinrad School of Theology and was ordained a priest in 1979.In addition to Clarksdale, Father Vollor served parishes at Jackson, Port Gibson, Indianola and West Point. Vollor, 68, became pastor at St. Elizabeth and Immaculate Conception in 2007.Father Vollor is survived by his mother, Valera Meacham Vollor of Madison; his sister, Valera Derivaux of Huntsville, Ala.; three brothers, Father Bill Vollor of Hattiesburg, Tim Vollor and his wife Wanda of Auburn, Ala. and Frank Vollor and his wife Teri of Vicksburg, and several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his father, William J.
