Alumni who need a transcript from Saint Meinrad College or Seminary and School of Theology can submit a written request signed by the alumnus.

Official transcripts can be mailed to schools, potential employers or other approved third parties. Only unofficial copies of transcripts can be sent directly to alumni.

  • Download and print the Transcript Request Form [pdf]
  • Be sure to include: full name, address, approximate dates attending Saint Meinrad, date of birth, and the name and address of the party who will receive the transcript.
  • All requests must be signed by the alumnus/alumna.

Transcripts are $5 and can be paid by cash, check, money order or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover; please include card number, expiration date, and name as it appears on the card).

Signed requests can be mailed or faxed to the Registrar’s Office at 812-357-6816.
