Albert Louis Blubaugh known to most as “Bill” died October 23, 2017. Bill was an Engineer, who worked at Bettis Atomic Power laboratory, Westinghouse and Aerojet. Bill is survived by his wife of 60 years, his brother, his five children John, Jim, Terri, Michele, Celine, his fifteen grandchildren; Zackary, Preston, Brandon, Melissa, Melanie, Page, Phillip, Sarah, Michael, William, Kate, Bret, Jason, James, Devin and his eleven great-grandchildren.
