Daniel “Dan” Becher, passed away Dec. 2, 2021 peacefully at his home after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. Dan was born on March 3, 1947 in Louisville KY. He attended Providence High School and then went on to get his B.S. Degree from Purdue University and a Masters Degree from the University of Louisville. After school, Dan worked at Louisville Gas and Electric for 33 years. After retiring, he continued consulting work in the utility industry. Dan dedicated much of his life to volunteer work and was most recently a very active volunteer for the St. Vincent De Paul Society.
Dan is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Jayne; his sons, Greg, Kevin (Missy), Jeff, and Scott (Jen); two grandchildren; brother, Don; and sisters, Sandie and Diana.
