David Herman Wagner, 70, of Bradenton, FL died. He was born in North Collins, NY. David had a deep religious calling and belief in Catholic Faith attending Saint Meinrad Seminary. His other love was music and was a natural born and extremely gifted pianist. He ended up spending his working life as an organist and choir director in Catholic churches in Venice, FL and later in Buffalo, NY. Those who were lucky enough to hear him play will never forget the notes coming out of the pipe organs; sounding as if the angels themselves were inhabiting his fingers. David will also be remembered for his laughter, the kind that was deep, true, and contagious and filled a room. He is survived by his two nephews, Vincent and Randy Pennington of Bradenton, FL, who cared for him daily for the past few years of his life so he could remain in his home; sisters, Sandra Myers and Mary Bozoti of FL and also a god daughter Lisa Townsend of Vermont, MS; Mae Fischesser and Mary Wheeler both deeply loved and devoted friends, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Herman and Elsie Wagner and sister Joanne Aliotta. The family would like to thank Chelsea Hannan for her help caring for David.
