Dr. Charles E. Pearce, 89, passed away March 26, 2013 at Baptist Hospital East. He was a retired physician and a Medic in the Navy serving in World War II. Preceded in death by a daughter, Beth Farison. Survived by three daughters, Debbie Wrege (Rodger) of Peachtree City, GA, Jan Marshall (Bill) of N. Ft. Myers, FL, and Linda Daugherty (Wayne) of Hope, AR; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. The family is grateful for the kind care he received from the staff at Highlands Nursing Home and Ann Stout, his guardian. Cremation was chosen with burial in St. Meinrad Cemetery in St. Meinrad, Indiana.
