Dr. James Harold Williams, 81, went home to eternal rest on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. He was born in Delphos, OH to the late Harold and Elsie (Steinle) Williams. He was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, a retired Chemistry Professor, and above all else, a devoted husband and father.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Chrystn Williams-Palma (J.R. Cipra), Jacki Hunsaker (Austin), and Lisa Zender (Dries); grandchildren, Taylor and Ryan Palma, Savana Alsup (Seth), Olivia Day, Ryne and Brenly Hunsaker, and Koa Zender; his brothers, Larry Williams and Dr. Robert (Joan Dunn) Williams.
In addition to his parents Harold and Elsie, he is preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn (Yonfrieda) Williams.
