The Reverend Clarence C. Nord, 90, of Louisville, at Franciscan Health Care Center. Father Nord had served the Archdiocese of Louisville since his ordination to the priesthood on June 5, 1943. His appointments included: 1943, associate pastor at St. George; 1951, associate pastor at St. Aloysius; 1960, pastor at St. Aloysius, Shepherdsville; 1968, pastor at St. Martha; 1974, pastor at St. Michael Parish, Fairfield; 1987-89, retired in residence at Holy Family and he retired in 1989. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Prechter Nord. He is survived by a sister, Bernice Arnold; a brother, Irvin Nord; one niece; one nephew; and many friends.
