Gerald F. “Jerry” Kramer78, of Indianapolis, passed away July 19, 2013. He was born July 7, 1935 in Indianapolis to the late Arthur and Cecilia Ringle Kramer.Jerry was employed at Western Electric as an electrical engineer, retiring in 1985. After his retirement Jerry was an entrepreneur having many business ventures. He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and was a veteran serving in the U.S. Navy.Visitation will be Tuesday, July 23, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 7243 E. 10th St.Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Sharon Lee Kramer; children, Gary, Craig, David and Matthew Kramer, Sherry Abplanalp, Julie Walker and Eric Simpson; siblings, Ronald Kramer, Carol Taylor, Linda VanTreese, Thomas Kramer and Richard Kramer; 14 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and his former wife, Cathy Amanda Kramer.
