Gregory Dolan, 75, of Ave Maria, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2024, at his home with his wife of 33 years. Gregory was born in McKeesport Hospital March 13, 1948, to Alice (Maloy) and John Dolan of Duquesne. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Lucas-Dolan, formerly of Duquesne; and his loving dog, Alvin. Gregory is the godfather to Emily McDaniels, formerly of West Mifflin, and related through marriage to Nancy Binkney and Lisa Pinigis, who were wonderful and extremely supportive of Gregory through his long illness.
Gregory attended Holy Name Grade School, Serra Catholic High School and Marquette University, where he received a bachelor’s in economics. He was the owner of Trinity Portfolio and a financial advisor who loved his clients and treated them as his own family. He was once described by one of his clients as a financial social worker. Gregory’s family were members of Christ the Light of the World, formerly Holy Name Church in Duquesne throughout their lives and he was involved in Christ the Light from baptism through his marriage to Phyllis. Currently, Gregory was an active member of Ave Maria Catholic Church in Ave Maria, Fla.
