Jack was a resident of Evansville, IN at the time of his passing. He graduated from Memorial High School in 1941. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha.A mass of celebration was held on Tuesday March 27 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Evansville with Father Bernie Etienne celebrating.
