Jerome (Jerry) Moeller, 82, of Evansville, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital. He was born October 7, 1936 in Jasper, IN to the late Leo and Veronica (Helming) Moeller.

Jerry met his wife Camilla (Ackerman) Moeller and were married May 19, 1962 in Ireland, IN. Jerry retired from CRS OneSource in Owensboro, KY, after 30 years. After retirement, he needed to stay busy, so he purchased a food brokerage firm which he operated for 10 years. His Christian faith was the foundation of his life and family. He enjoyed being a very active member of Annunciation Parish, Christ the King campus. He was honored to receive the Simon Bruté Society Award for his outstanding model of Christian fellowship and service. He was a member of Knights of Columbus, Evansville Council #565. In 2014, the Knights of Columbus Indiana State Council awarded Jerome the Timothy P. Calvan K.S.C. Award for the Outstanding Catholic layperson. He enjoyed volunteering for many church, school and community activities, especially Life Choices Maternity and Youth Home. He also loved spending time traveling and golfing with his wife, family and friends.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 57 years, Camilla (Ackerman) Moeller; son, Steven (Theresa) Moeller of Jasper, IN; daughter, Karen (Steve) Langlois of Hartford, WI; grandchildren, Amanda Moeller and Joseph Langlois; step-grandchildren, Alex and Holly Carroll; brother, Dennis Moeller of Jasper, IN and sister, Rose Dick of Greenwood, IN.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Bernard Moeller, sisters, Rita Webber and Sister Mary Moeller, SP and grandson, Jacob Langlois.
