Joseph W. Bartsch, 76. Joe was a native of Louisville and a retired accountant. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosalie Urbaitus; and a daughter, Mary Angela . He is survived by three sons, Ernest, Stanley (Debra) and Howard (Patricia) Bartsch; daughter, Julia Davidson (C. Scott); brother, Edward James Bartsch; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
