Joseph A. Scarselletta, 73, of Littlestown, died Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 14, 2012 at the York Hospital.Born Dec. 28, 1938 in Glens Falls, N.Y., he was the son of the late Mario and Isabella (DeCarolis) Scarselletta.Mr. Scarselletta was a veteran of the United States Air Force. After his discharge he worked for the armed forces in civil service. He belonged to many clubs and organizations including the VFW, the American Legion, SCAAP, TOPS, Adams County Office for Aging, the Gettysburg Walking Club and the Sons of Italy.Joseph is survived by his daughter, Layne Scarselletta of Lancaster, his adoptive children, Gary Scarselletta and Stephanie Gutierrez, and his sister, Isabella Griffin.
