Kenneth was a retired computer specialist with the Department of Defense and had been an instructor at Seton Hall University. He served in the U S Army and was a member of Nativity Catholic Church. Survivors: wife, Kathleen M. Allen; children, David P. Allen, Sarah J. Allen, Rachel A. Olnick and Rebekah M. Walker; sisters, Ruthann Martin and Sister Judi Roberts SP; brother, Donald Allen and eight grandchildren.
