Louis George Esparza, age 69, of Henderson, KY, passed away at 4:47 P.M. Sunday, May 20, 2018 at his home under the care of St. AnthonyÆs Hospice.Louis was a graduate of Harrison High School class of 1966. He was employed with Operating Engineers Local #181, as well as Gamco, before retiring from Boilermakers Local #374. Louis was a decorated US Army Veteran, enlisted from 1967- 1973, who served in the Vietnam War. He was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. Louis was a handy-man who loved fixing things.Louis was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Patricia Gail Williams Esparza, his second late wife, Mary Reynolds, and a sister, Constance Esparza. Survivors include: daughter, Kendra Esparza of Henderson, KY, 5 brothers; Emanuel ôEdö Esparza and his wife Pamela, Joseph Esparza and his wife Maureen, Thomas Esparza and his wife Martha all of Evansville, IN, Anthony Esparza and his wife Brenda of Newburgh, IN, John Esparza of Altamont Springs, FL, 2 sisters; Emily Guido and her husband Matthew of Wharton, NJ, Julie Esparza- Hackett and her husband Michael of Shreveport, LA, granddaughter: Morgandy Esparza of Henderson, KY, many nieces and nephews.
