Phil K. Ryors, 77, Bloomington, died at his residence. He retired as a painter for Halls of Residence at Indiana University. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving during the Korean War. Survivors include three daughters, Kathy Ratliff , Bloomington, Helen Mercer, Peru, and Teresa McKnight, Mitchell; and eight grandchildren.
