Richard was born on February 16, 1930 and passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2010.Richard was a resident of Vincennes, Indiana at the time of his passing.He earned an Associate Degree from Vincennes University, Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Education from Indiana State University.He served in the United States Air Force.He was preceded in death by his wife Claudia.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, September 24, at 10:30 A.M. at Old Cathedral Church, 205 Church St. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M Thursday at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway St.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hutchison-Tolbert Memorial Scholarship Fund through the Vincennes Education Foundation.
