Robert W. Howell, Sr., 69, of Louisville. Robert was a retiree of the U.S. Army having served in Vietnam, a member of Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church, and he was an avid UK fan. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ernestine Howell. Survivors include two sons, Robert W.
