Robert M. Singer, 92, of Newport died February 22, 2014 at Community Living Center in Fort Thomas. He worked in maintenance and was sacristan at Saint Therese Church in Southgate. In Mr. Singer’s early years he was a window decorator at Pogues and served his country in the Army during WWII. Survivors include his cousins, Patty Mann of Fort Wright, Paul Loechle of Union, Barbara Murray of Alexandria, John Loechle of Erlanger, Joe Loechle of Fort Mitchell, Jack Bertman of Latonia, Joann Bertman of Latonia, Dick Bertman of Covington; his loving dog, Pumpkin and many dear friends and neighbors. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will take place 10:00 am Friday, February 28, 2014 at Saint Therese Church in Southgate.
