Robert M. Miller, 73, of Evansville, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at The Linda White Hospice House.Bob was born on May 17, 1944 in Evansville to the late John E. “Butch” and Veronica “Fronie” (Will) Miller. He was employed as a mechanical engineer at Trane for 39 years before retiring in 2010.Surviving Bob are his wife of 24 years, Jane C. (Atkins) Miller, two sons, Dan (Barb) Miller of South Windsor, CT and Brett (Kiki) Miller of Calvert City, KY; a step-daughter, Debra Wolf (Scott Skelton) of Fishers, IN, and two grandchildren, Lola and Milo Skelton. Also surviving Bob are five sisters, Pat Novack, Katie (Dan) Townsend, Sister Jenny Miller, O.S.B. , Jan (Kenny) Adler, all of Evansville and Joy (Joe) DiLembo of Lewisville, NC, one brother, Daniel Miller of Evansville and many nieces and nephews.Bob was a graduate of Mater Dei High School and Purdue University. He recently enjoyed attending the Latin Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church and had many interests and hobbies in his life.
