Robert Q. Gonzales, 47, of Chino Valley, Ariz., went to be with the Lord. Robert was born on July 28, 1964, in Phoenix, Ariz. to Dolores and Jesus Gonzales. Robert went to school at St. Meinrad School of Theology in Indiana. Robert worked for Northland Cares as a case manager. Robert touched so many people with his warm smile, his gentle ways, big bear hugs and his ability to listen, care and love those around him. He many times went above and beyond to help those around him. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents Dolores Gonzales (Quihuiz) and Jesus Gonzales. Robert is survived by Michael Turner, his life partner; sisters Angie Gonzales and Tami Burress (Bill); brothers David (Dahlia), Daniel (Hillary), and A.J. Lukas (Jennifer); nephews Benito, Antonio, Christopher, Nick, and Jesse; nieces Emily and Hannah; grandnephews Benito Jr. and Diego; grandniece Olive; his godson Leonardo; and extended family and friends.
