Shirley J. Miller, age 71, of New Lenox, IL. passed away Friday, January 12, 2018 in Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox. Shirley is survived by her loving family, siblings, John (Sue) Miller, Margaret (Bob) Stewart, Laurence (Barbara) Miller, Dorothy Miller, Robert (Cynthia) Miller, James (Kathleen) Miller and Donald (Peggy) Miller; and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in deathby her parents, Richard and Dorothy Miller (Gripka) and siblings, Charles Miller and Virginia Baker. Shirley was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in New Lenox and retired from RUSH University Medical Hospital in Chicago as a Benefits Specialist. She was an avid golfer and love to travel. A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, January 17 at 10:00 a.m. in the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Aurora under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
