THOMAS “TOM” R., McINTYRE Sr.Born on April 3, 1939. Beloved son of the late John J. and Rose (Meenan) McIntyre; survived by his devoted spouse, Margaret “Maggie” McIntyre; loving father of Laura (Cliff), Thomas, Jr. (Sandy), John (Cathy) and Matthew; adoring grandfather of Megan, Jessica (Ryan), Trish (Phil), Emily, Sarah and Cameron; proud great-grandfather of Luke, Nico, Ava, Alexander, Maddie, Zoe, Carter, Ian, Eric and Josh; brother of John F. (the late Janice), Sheila “Sissy” (Dan) Konieczka, Sr. Sheila Marie McIntyre, O.P., the late Laverne (Hank) Garlicki and Charles (Peggy); also survived by many nieces and nephews. Tom was born and raised in the Garfield area of Pittsburgh during the 40s and 50s and maintained good relationships with those he grew up with during that era. An electrician, Tom was a 50-year plus member of IBEW Local Union #5. He enjoyed spending as much time as possible with friends and family at the cabin he built near Cooks Forest, PA.
