William C. Holden, age 84, of Highland Park, died on Thursday, December 27, 2012. Beloved husband of Julia Holden for 61 years; father of Juliann McGraw, Laura Hampton (Mike), Linda Holden-Ramsey (Jack), Sharon Young (Joseph R. III), Michael Holden (Elizabeth), and the late William P. Holden and Karen Weres; also survived by 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; brother of Dorothy Bruecken, Elizabeth Crowe, Kitty Busch, and David Kelly. Bill Holden graduated from Central Catholic High School, attended Saint Meinrad Seminary, and graduated from Duquesne University. He was an Eagle Scout and was an avid athlete. Friends received at McCABE BROS.
