Terry, 63, died at Norton’s Hospital in Louisville. He was a lifelong member of St. Augustine Parish in Lebanon, KY. Terry was the former community action director and city administrator in Lebanon and was currently a full professor at St. Catherine College in St. Catherine, KY. He was preceded in death by his father, William Richard Ward; and his mother, Elizabeth Gertrude Downs Ward; and a sister, Edna Mae Downs.
